Weekend Report

[[SATURDAY FEB 23, 2008]]

Breakfast: 1 egg (over easy), 1 pancake w/ syrup, salad (carrots, boiled eggs, cranberries, cottage cheese & italian dressing), 2 glasses skim milk, potato homefries type something with ketchup.
Dinner: Sausage caccitore (without pasta... grated parmesan cheese on top) and rice and bread stick, iced tea
Snack: handful of popcorn
Late Snack @ Movies: 1/2 box of Jr. Mints



*Sleep: Not bad, but I didn't get to sleep til late.
*Energy: Average
*Mood: Improved since the beginning of the week
*Exercise: Didn't get to go to the gym D:
*Other: Mouth/throat still sore.. I think my right tonsil is swollen D:


[[SUNDAY FEB 24, 2008]]

Breakfast: Bowl of Special K Red Berries
Lunch: Hash brown bits, omelette, bacon and cheese on a croissant, and toasted almond coffee from dunkin' donuts
Snack: 1/2 movie box of Jr. Mints, 100 calorie chips ahoy snack
Dinner: Veggieburger with cheese, and onion rings... iced tea

*Sleep: NEED MOAR. I was tired when I woke up
*Energy: Kinda low since I was tired.
*Mood: It was ok, but I was pretty stressed most of today
*Exercise: I didn't get to go to the gym, I was too busy
*Other: Mouth still sore. waah. I'm also really stressed which is aggravating my knots.
