Breakfast: Bowl of special K red berries
Lunch: Lean cuisine: roasted garlic chicken w/ spinach, and diet V8 Splash (Berry blend... in my TRANSFORMERS CUP!!!!!), and apple slices and peanut butter
Dinner: Asiago chicken, wild rice, broccoli and iced tea
Late Night: Granola bar around 10p

Breakfast: Maple brown sugar oatmeal
Lunch: Salad with popcorn chicken, cheese, carrots, and ranch dressing.
Snack: Multigrain wheat thins
Dinner: 1/4 of a fruit smoothie (nastiest thing EVER.. it had acai, strawberries and bananas), Healthy Choice Steamers Beef merlot.
Exercise: walk/run/walk/run/walk around the track, 17.5min cardio bike, pedaling 4.1miles, shoulder, tricep, bicep, abs machines

Breakfast: Bowl of Special K
Lunch: Salad with spinach leaves, carrots, cucumber, cheese and italian dressing, and diet V8 Splash
Snack: 100 calorie pack chips ahoy
Dinner: Stuffed pretzel filled with cinnamon apple stuff, Veggie pita pizza, and diet V8 Splash.
*Sleep: It's alright. I still have issues waking up the first time my alarm goes off, though.
*Mood: Uh, it was ok. Steady.. no significant downs, though I was stressed before my online class.
*Exercise: Today is rest day
*Other: There is this program at my school, called "From Flab to Fab" and I signed up. They have a weight requirement but the chick could tell that I was really determined, so she let me in X3 (I don't weigh 145lbs, which is the weight requirement. She did let other people in who wanted to tone up and whatnot, that isn't 145 also). This shiz is being FILMED =O. It's essentially Bloomsburg's version of The Biggest Loser.
My aim is to lose inches and tone up... and in an ideal world, lose 20lbs. WE SHALL SEE!
